Customer Service Officer – Ticketing & Reservation
Responsibilities:
Carry out assigned Reservation / Ticketing duties for airlines
Attend to inquiries from customers

Requirements:
Min SPM, possess an IATA / UFTAA Diploma or its equivalent
Min 1 – 2 years experience in similar capacity in airlines/travel industry
Good command in English
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge in Computerized Reservation System, i.e. Abacus, Amadeus, Galileo
Computer literate


Sales and Marketing Executive
Responsibilities:
Plan, manage and motivate sales and marketing activities for Airlines

Requirements:
Min SPM, Diploma or Degree in equivalent
Min  2 - 3 years experience in similar capacity, preferably in airlines/travel industry will be an added
   advantage
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
Good interpersonal skills, independent, resourceful, highly motivated and result-oriented
Candidate must be willing to travel and possess own transport


Accounts Assistant/Executive
Responsibilities:
Perform general accounting and administrative duties

Requirements:
Min SPM, preferably with LCCI or its equivalent
Min 1 – 2 years experience in similar capacity
Relevant experience in airlines/travel industry will be an added advantage
Must be computer literate – MS Word & MS Excel
Knowledge in UBS Accounting System will be an added advantage
Able to start work immediately and work with minimum supervision
